Seashine Rebrand.

Seashine Financial creates an alternate real estate financing option to traditional mortgage. Seashine gives home owners, buyers, and sellers unprecedented liquidity to the value in real estate. With a cash solution to every real estate scenario, the future of home ownership is within reach.

The brand was a mess. Multiple logos that didn’t play well together, ugly colors, colors that were only used in the logo, or unused altogether, and messy templates and brand assets. The goal of the rebrand? A complete rehaul to position Seashine as a top tier offering, and modernize the brand, bringing it up to the latest industry standards.

The most notable change was the logo.

I gave the mark more breathing room from the type, reduced the disparity of size between the two, and fixed the colors. The original mark had colors that weren’t part of the brands color palette. I changed this, while also reducing how stark the gradient had been.

The Guide.

While redefining the logo, the other big project to tackle was the brand guide. The original guide was long overdue for a redo. It had mistakes, colors and fonts that were no longer used, and seemed to be done by an outside agency that didn’t really care about the brand.

Originally, Seashine had multiple brands for multiple businesses. This was confusing, and unnecessary.

I combined the winning aspects of the brands into one visual language. The result was a 45 page document outlining one concise brand.

The Site.

Seashine’s largest marketing asset.

I worked with a web developer and marketing specialists to get the new and upgraded site off the ground, and then design the fully fleshed out site. This was a massive project, but it resulted in 75% growth in account creation and 33% rise in lead creation, which was huge for the business. Paired with social media marketing efforts, what was once a dribble of traffic turned into a flood.

A focus on stellar user experience.

I wanted to create UX that had a natural flow through the site for users based on their specific situation. As you traverse the site, the info you see goes from high level, to eventually very specific and focused content due to the way the CTAs funnel and prompt you.

The App.

A portal filled to the brim with features.

We wanted to create a place for customers to easily access their property accounts as well as the powerful software tools the developers had created. Thus, the member portal was born. I created the UI and then passed my work off to the devs to implement into the live build.

Asset Creation.

A growing library for a growing brand.

A simple design language of colorful lines and basic shapes visualizes the simple and stress-free, yet elegant real estate financing solution. These marks then get utilized across marketing materials as needed.
